02. Planning & Preparation

DQC: A dedicated Project Coordinator is assigned after inspection confirmation.

DQC: will liaise with the factory to confirm the inspection schedule and readiness.

DQC: A qualified inspector, specifically matched to the product type, is briefed with all product specifications, approved samples, and quality documents.
03. On-site Inspection

DQC: Inspector arrives at the factory on the scheduled date.

DQC: Inspector randomly selects samples, perform a thorough check of available quantity, packing & labeling, product conformity, dimensions, and workmanship defects.

DQC: All findings are meticulously documented with photos and notes.
04. Reporting

DQC: will complete the report after inspection. The report includes a clear summary (Pass/Fail status), detailed defect breakdown categorized by severity, statistical analysis against AQL, and clear photographic evidence for all defective issues.

Client: will receive a comprehensive photo-based report within 24 hours after inspection.
