How Our Home Textile Inspection Works

We have streamlined our home textile inspection service into a clear, efficient 5-step process designed to provide you with timely, transparent, and actionable results, from your first inquiry to the final report.

01. Request & Confirmation

  1. Client: sends an inspection request with product details, asks for a quotation.

  2. DQC: confirms the inspection service, sends a quotation.

  3. ​Client: confirms the quotation, arranges the payment.

  4. Regular clients can slip the quotation and pay after inspections based on agreement.

02. Planning & Preparation

  1. DQC: A dedicated Project Coordinator is assigned after inspection confirmation.

  2. DQC: will liaise with the factory to confirm the inspection schedule and readiness.

  3. DQC: A qualified inspector, specifically matched to the product type, is briefed with all product specifications, approved samples, and quality documents.​

03. On-site Inspection

  1. DQC: Inspector arrives at the factory on the scheduled date.

  2. DQC: Inspector randomly selects samples, perform a thorough check of available quantity, packing & labeling, product conformity, dimensions, and workmanship defects.

  3. DQC: All findings are meticulously documented with photos and notes.

04. Reporting

  1. DQC: will complete the report after inspection. The report includes a clear summary (Pass/Fail status), detailed defect breakdown categorized by severity, statistical analysis against AQL, and clear photographic evidence for all defective issues.

  2. Client: will receive a comprehensive photo-based report within 24 hours​ after inspection.

05. Follow-up & Support

  1. DQC: Project Coordinator is available to clarify findings, and if needed, discuss with the factory for corrective actions and/or arrange a re-inspection if 1st inspection failed.

  2. DQC: is available to provide the data and expert insight you need to make informed shipping decisions and drive continuous improvement with your suppliers.
